Contract manufacturing and own tool shop

In our tool shop we are using modern technology to develop both products and machinery. We design and manufacture the automatic lathes we use. The lathes combine steering by both mechanical means and electronic control.

Dimensions and materials

We work within these dimension areas: round rods 2–16 mm, hexagonal rods 3–8 mm and square rods 4–6 mm. Internal threads span the interval M1.4 – M6. Our ROTEX lathes have a maximum product diameter of 10 mm and our Citizen CNC turning machines have a maximum product diameter of 16 mm. We have been working with contract manufacturing with specific requirements for many decades.

Suitable production quantities stretch from 10 000 units and upwards.

The materials we work with frequently include brass, free machining steel and stainless steel. We also offer surface treatments such as hardening.

We can satisfy product requirements based on specific customer needs, because of our unique machine designs.

Machinery

Our machine park consists of 62 lathes. 43 are automatic single-spindle lathes of our own design, 4 Citizen lathes with 3 meter bar feeders and a large number of tool holders, 6 Tornos MS-7 and 1 Tornos AS-4, with 7-8 tool holders of which 5 are machine driven and finally 7 six-spindle Tornos SAS 16 and 1 Tornos AS14, with a significant number of tool holders.
