Warning for fraud e-mail

Dear Customer,
We have been informed that a fraud attempt has been made in our name. An e-mail was recently sent from joel.alexandersson@rotex.se. This message is NOT sent from ROTEX. We ask that you do not open this message, respond to it or click the link.

If you have received an e-mail from Joel Alexanderson, which looks like the attached picture below, it is important that you do not click “Download Document”. If you have already done this and entered your username and password, you will need to take further action. As a consequence, someone has gained access to your information. We ourselves suffered from this by opening a similar message from a customer, which has prompted you to receive this email. We sincerely apologize.

The only way to protect yourself from this kind of fraud is to be careful and never enter usernames and passwords in places you do not recognize. If you are unsure, you can always contact the sender and ask them to confirm before moving on.

In case of fraud or similar, Rotex will notify you via our website, www.rotex.se, under the News section. If uncertain, you are welcome to contact Joel Alexandersson by email or by phone +46 70-461 44 32. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We live in a world where it is hard to know who could be behind these types of fraud. We do everything to ensure that this will not happen again, and kindly ask for your understanding.
