ROTEX invests in its fourth Citizen lathe

Rotex acquired the latest lathe to its machinery, a CNC lathe type Citizen K16, as late as January 2016. It was then our third Citizen lathe, and it has contributed to an increased level of service to our customers.

We have experienced strong order intake of turned precision parts, and we are now happy to announce that we are investing in an additional Citizen lathe, the fourth in the order, which will be in place in mid-May in 2016.

The machine investment will help reduce lead times and increase delivery precision. Our long term goal is to maintain lead times less than 5 weeks, which requires an increased capacity.
